We have been a Louisville tradition since 1988. Our motto: “Friendly Folks Servin’ Famous Bar-B-Q” sums up our philosophy and commitment to deliver “WOW” service and “WOW” food to each and every Guest.

The finest “QUE” comes from Kentucky, as we all know. Our style of cooking was handed down from a 3rd generation master from Eastern Kentucky. We use only the finest quality Pork, Beef, and Chicken, which is slowly smoked using real hickory wood, then lightly topped with our signature bar-b-q sauces.
