Betty F. Perry
Beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend, Betty U. Perry passed away at the age of 63. She was married to the love of her life, Mike Perry, for 34 wonderful years. A dedicated and compassionate soul, Betty graduated from college and earned her degree as a medical assistant, where she continued her passion for helping others.

Betty’s kindness extended far beyond her professional life. She was a founder of the Michael Feger Paralysis Foundation, working tirelessly to improve the lives of others, especially those facing physical challenges. Her dedication to service was evident in everything she did, from her work to her personal relationships.

She was an extraordinary wife, mother, sister, and friend, always ready to offer support, guidance, and love to those around her. Betty touched the lives of everyone she met, always finding a way to help anyone in need. Her warmth, kindness, and selflessness will be deeply missed but forever remembered by her family, friends, and the community.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Reed and Jacqueline Pharris, sisters Lucy Ward and Kathy Melear, and brother Jessie Pharris.

Betty leaves behind her devoted husband, Mike, son, Michael Feger, sister Sue Caudill, and brothers, Hershell and David Pharris, along with her cherished family and friends, who will continue to honor her legacy of love and service.

Funeral Arrangements
Visitation for Betty will be held on Friday, September 27th, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, located at 10600 Taylorsville Road. A funeral service will follow on Saturday, September 28th, at 9:30 AM at the same location. Betty will be laid to rest at Highlands Memory Gardens after the service, with a committal ceremony taking place in the chapel at Highlands Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Michael Feger Paralysis Foundation in her memory.
